Nandan has more than 11 years construction experience in the Middle East, with commitment towards design and implementation of environmentally sustainable solutions. He is a Mechanical Engineer and MBA, and his expertise lies in HVAC, Commissioning, and Energy Management (Auditing and M&V).
He has also deeply engaged with, and managed, most Sustainability related aspects including Green Building Certifications like LEED, integration of Renewables, Waste Management, Environmental Management, Facilities Management, and ISO 14001 certification.
He believes that the path to sustainability is through a culture of sustainability, when most individuals will see it in their interest to be sustainable. The strategies and designs of cities, communities, and spaces can be planned to support and promote this culture of sustainability.
